Lots to say about this fantastic camper.
It's a compact little unit. It has a working 3 way fridge, stove top, oven, sink with 12v pump motor, water tank under counter, full queen size matress, storage under the bed, and if you pull out the mattress and put it on the top shelf, you get 2 bench seats with a table. We added a foldable see through wall to the top bunk so that we could put our little one up there. It has a chemical toilet for night time, but we added cedar shelving to the "bathroom" so that we had more room for supplies. (We didnt use the toilet but left it there) The shelves can be easily removed if needed. It has a new 7 way plug on the trailer, and all lights work properly. It comes with an adjustable full size hitch and stabilizing bars. Tires are new last year. The electric brakes work perfect. They are so powerful they will lock up if you have the brake booster set too high. We live in parksville, and have pulled it with our 2000 minivan all the way to nootka sounds. If you don't know, that's a rediculous ride for a 2000 caravan, and yet it was able to pull this trailer without issue. Mind you, we were not going 120 the whole way. Still it is lightweight trailer, and tracks perfectly when being towed. We have also pulled it all the way to revelstoke behind a big truck with no trailer issues whatsoever. We did have the fridge stop working a couple times, and had to adjust the level of the camper. When we got back, I cleaned out the fridge mechanicals and we did not have issues since. It could use a portable fan to keep the air moving as it can heat up under the sun. We have two kids now so this trailer is too small. It is a classic canned ham style trailer, and it turns alot of heads! No tire kickers please. Feel free to text me with further questons or wanting to see it. It is not a big trailer. When we bought it, we heard that most people were surprised how small it was. Imagine a queen sized bed, a kitchean counter, and the floor space in between. You will not be dancing around in this trailer and doing crossfit. It's a fun beautiful small functional trailer with a history of love and memories, and it has room for more.
