30" diameter round front door and 16" round windows
Bendable plywood sheeting
1" x 6" " yellow or red cedar roofing
paint grade plywood front and back walls door and trim
heavy duty door hinges and bullet catch
floor base sheathed in premium 5/8" plywood subflooring
floor base framed with pressure treated 2x6s
assembly instructions and all screws and driver bits needed for assembly

Your Hobbit Playhouse Kit will arrive with fully built front and back walls, roof sheathing, waterproof rain screen and solid 1 x 6 red cedar or yellow cedar roofing. We will provide assembly instructions and all the fasteners. You will need:
-Cordless driver or drill
-4' or 6' level
-hammer
-pry bar or prying tool
-utility knife or box cutter
-4' or 6' stepladder
-utility stapler with 1/2" or less staples (for cedar roofing only- to attach underlayment)
-tape measure
-Robertson head driver bit or screwdriver
The playhouse walls come untreated. The paint colors shown are for illustrative purposes. We recommend treatment within 3-4 months of receipt.
