Errington: For April 1. I am prepping an extra large room (just cleaning and painting to be done) for a mature, responsible, employed roomate. For a quiet, relaxed, safe home. The room is furnished with a queen bed. Bathroom room is mostly exlusive to roomate as I have a bathroom upstairs. Shared kitchen/Living room.
Laundry and garden shared. 3 indoor cats live here. No more pets are allowed.
I am an LGBT ally and inclusive of diverse lifestyles that being said home is sacred: alcohol or substance misuse are not here.Non smoking property.
I respect privacy in personal life and expect the same. I'm female in my early 40's work full time. Not a neat freak but not a messy person either. 650 all included.
