WANTED: Room for Dec./Jan. in Parksville or Qualicum in Parksville, British Columbia

Urgently Needed for December/January:
As I am selling my home, I am trying to help my boarder find another place to live. He is in his 50's and works from home on computer. Due to back and health issues, he requires a room with bathroom close by, in a relatively quiet home, within walking distance of downtown Parksville or Qualicum. As he is on disability, very reasonable rent is an important factor. If I could, I would keep him on indefinitely as he is very personable, quiet, honest, respectful and considerate and always pays his rent on time. If needed, I will provide the furniture for him. If you know anyone who is even thinking of renting out a room and it would meet these requirements, it would be much appreciated if you could mention this to them.
